TERMS OF SERVICE
for commissionsWhat I require;
Client must provide a clear description and/or refernces for the art commission.
Client must respond to any messages and/or updates within the week from the message and/or update being sent for changes to be made, if the artwork is completed within the work week and there is no response, the work is final.
What I will provide;
My instagram is the most complete gallery of previous work, be sure you are familiar with my style before booking a commission to avoid false expectations.
I can provide alternate methods of communication if needed.
I can provide my art schedule including openings in my time, a rough estimate of when I may work on my art, and when I may be open to stream and/or live chat while working on commissions.
Finished work can be sent in PNG and/or JPG at full resolution through email. I can also send the work in messages, limited by the app or website's capabilities.
Monetary and Cancellation policy;
Currently I use Stripe, Paypal, or Venmo to accept payments. All prices are listed in US Dollars.
A deposit is required upon booking of half the cost, and the last half of payment upon completion of the art.
If work has begun, deposit cannot be refunded. Any payment for completed work that is final will not be refunded.
Any cancellation prior to work done can be fully refunded.
I, as the artist, reserve the right to cancel and refund, and/or refuse service for any reason including poor treatment, poor communication, etc.
Communication guidelines;
Upon booking; I require a description of the art you want me to make.
I will get back as soon as possible, with a cost estimate, and any questions.
I may update the client as I work on the art, with oppurtunities to make changes and additions to the art.
Larger changes can be made in early stages of the art, once the art is further along only smaller changes can be made otherwise an extra charge may be added for reworking. (Large changes may include style change, total character position change, etc.) This is up to my subjective opinion, based on my personal skill level, any questions or concerns we can talk about it.
Artwork is Final after the order and requests have been completed, and/or after a week of starting the work with no response.
What I will and will not draw (any further questions/concerns can be discussed in private messaging);
I can draw and species, shape, gender, etc. of character. Including but not limited to Human, Anthro, Animal, Monster.
I can draw your characters, I can draw fanart of a known franchise, but I cannot draw characters(ex. someone else's OC) you do not own without permission from the character(s)' owner.
I can draw simple backgrounds up to illustrated backgrounds, please make yourself familiar with my level of expertise in this area and complexity I am capable of based off of existing art on my instagram or other galleries/social media.
I cannot draw complicated mech or weapons; the perfection needed in the geometry is just not my strongsuit. I can only draw simplified/cartoony/stylized mech and weapons.
I will not draw gore, intense violence, hateful content, anything that to my subjective opinion is gross(ex. pee, extreme fetish) this can be discussed further in private messaging.
I can draw sexual/adult content although I am not experienced in this area so the content will have to be discussed and may be experimental, at this moment in my career. I will never knowingly draw adult content including minors(even fictional characters) I will not draw adult depicting real existing people without their expressed permission.
I will not draw art depicting hard drug use.
